Shipping:
Shipping is free to the 48 contiguous states. Call us if you live outside this area and are interested in special shipping rates.
Changes/Cancellations:
Please notify LSOC immediately of any changes or cancellation to your order. If the order has already been shipped and is in transit, you may be responsible for shipping costs.
Returns:
If for any reason, you are not pleased with the product purchased, the new and unused product may be exchanged for a replacement part or complete refund within 30 days of the date of purchase (refund is minus cost of shipping). Please include a copy of the original receipt along with the unused product and original packaging. We never charge re-stocking fees unless the the product is returned after 30 days or the customer has damaged the product. All returned products must be in the original packaging and in sellable condition when returned. Shipping charges will be at the expense of the sender. Returns must be sent freight prepaid. Please remember to keep all original receipts and invoices so you have proof of purchase. Keep tracking numbers or receipts in case your return item becomes lost. Insure the return with the shipper in case the item becomes lost. Remember: The items you are returning are your responsibility until they are received by the Little Shop of Chrome. Exchanges:
All exchange requests will be accepted based on prior correspondence with a Little Shop of Chrome representative. Please e-mail us at Customer Service or by fax (812) 490-4644. All communications must include name, address, daytime phone and email address. Little Shop of Chrome will not accept collect charges on any return/exchange items.
Damages:
If the product is damaged in shipping, do not return the product. Call or e-mail us immediately so that we can notify the shipper. The shipper might want to inspect the damaged product and packaging. Do not throw away the packing material or box. Little Shop of Chromw will replace your product immediately at no charge to you.
